The Problem
You set the goal. You meant it. Maybe you even told someone about it. And then — slowly, quietly — it didn't happen. Not because you didn't care. Because every time you broke a small promise to yourself, it got a little easier to break the next one.
That's not a willpower problem. That's a trained pattern. And here's what nobody tells you: you've been building a muscle your entire life. The only question is which one.
Every kept promise strengthens it. Every broken one does too — just in the other direction. There is no neutral. The muscle builds constantly.
Promise-keeping is a trainable skill. Not a habit trick. Not a productivity system. An identity shift. When you learn to keep your word — starting with the smallest possible promise — you stop being someone who tries and start being someone who does. That's the work.
What's Coming
Each piece was designed to work on its own. Together, they build something you can carry everywhere — in your hands, on your wrist, and in how you see yourself.
01 — The Book
Why your word is the most powerful tool you own — and a 10-step protocol for training it, starting with the smallest promise you can keep today.
Coming Soon02 — The App
Track your promises. Log your W's and L's daily. Watch your reliability record build — one kept word at a time. Your proof lives here.
Coming Soon03 — The Band
A white fabric wristband. On the outside: The Promise Muscle. On the inside, facing you: I Keep My Word. Your declaration. On your wrist.

Author · Engineer · Builder
Engineer by training. Builder by nature. Keith spent years studying the gap between what people say they'll do and what they actually do — including himself. What he found wasn't a motivation problem. It was a promise problem.
The Promise Muscle is the book that came out of that work — part engineering framework, part wisdom tradition, entirely practical. A system for people who want to stop starting over and start building something that lasts.
Keith writes and builds from the belief that the most important promise you'll ever keep is the one you make to yourself. Everything else is downstream from that.
